WAKE UP! WAKE UP!
Sometimes when the clock radio goes off you just reach up and push the snooze button. Other times the song that’s playing actually wakes you up. Of Monsters And Men’s LITTLE TALKS actually does that.
Though the video is a little eye-opening, too. It’s also the most unusual instrumentation I heard on a pop song in a long time. Love that trumpet and the entire gang from Iceland. And I actually own the CD. See, I’m really not so old after all. But don’t ask me what it means.

This is on Rhonda’s iTunes. Since she usually brings her laptop on Craft Night, I hear this song all the time. But I’d never seen the video. That was fun.
I saw a video of them performing the song live. They’re a fun, young group. And the live performance sounded exactly like the recording. A lot of talent here.
