#1 THE ORIGAMI CALENDAR CHALLENGE – SST PLANEDSC07375OPEN ADMISSION – OK, right out front I’m going to admit that as a kid, I had no … repeat, NO aerodynamic skills. Sure, I could follow all the steps for plane folding the everyone else used, but when it came to time to take flight … my planes either did a tail spin or a nose dive. To be really honest, I couldn’t even fly a plane as well as a girl. I shouldn’t feel too bad because Linda“Lucky Lindy” Martin could fly paper plane rings around all the boys at Saint Augustine’s German Nuns School. And while I undertake today’s challenge with tad more trepidation than usual, I will give it my best!DSC07376

Ok, while it looks the way it should, the long slender nose got all twisted  when the plane took off and did a nose dive on release. Some things never change.

#2 THE MENSA PUZZLE CALENDAR – SPEAK THE WORDSDSC07379Actually, I don’t want to go all editor, but there is only one answer which happens to be too words. OK, so neither heir apparent nor crown prince was the answer they wanted. Maybe you can do better?

#3 – There is no third puzzle today, because the puzzle did not compute with photographic transfer. Maybe tomorrow’s puzzle will work better.
