DAILY CALENDAR CHALLENGE #164 – JUNE 13, 2013

#1 THE ORIGAMI CALENDAR CHALLENGE – SLIPPER CHAIRDSC07567

Frankly, my dear, I have no idea what a slipper chair either is or what purpose it would possibly have. But I just follow the instructions and fold the paper into the desired form.DSC07568

#2 THE MENSA PUZZLE CALENDAR – SIX LETTER WORD GRIDDSC07566

Think this one is going to take me a while to figure out  this afternoon.

#3 NO PAGE-A-DAY PUZZLE CALENDAR TODAY – IT WAS ANOTHER ART SEARCH THAT DOES NOT REPRODUCE WELL

So in its place, I’m posting a picture of the lilies that started blooming yesterday. Last spring, due to the drought and the excessive heat all the buds dried up before they opened. I hope some of the yellow, orange, red and purple will open up soon, too.DSC07564

About Robert Edler

... a somewhat unknown and/or imaginary actor, writer, director, producer, photographer, friend, brother, uncle and all round good fellow that you really should get to know because he lives with that most glamorous fourpaw Mademoiselle Renee. (Mlle. Renee for short)

  1. The lilies are gorgeous!

    • This will be their last year. The rose bushes are crowding them out, and I don’t want to move them into the back yard with Renee. My sister-in-law has a long lawn level veranda the runs across the entire front of the house with a narrow flower bed border with just a couple of lilies in it. My bulbs would fill the entire bed.
