MY DAILY CALENDAR – DAY 317 – NOVEMBER 13, 2013

MY DAILY CALENDAR FOR WEDNESDAY, DAY 317 OF 2013: Nothing special about today except that it is going to be the coldest day since last March. I also changed from my fall jacket to my puffy winter jacket. My two maple trees aren’t dropping any more leaves, but the once clear lawn is attracting leaves from catalpa, cottonwood, box elder, sycamore and sundry other tree species on neighboring properties. The temps are going back up to the 60s on Saturday, and I insure you these invading leaves will meet their maker then. Bwa-ha-ha-ha!!!

TODAY’S ORIGAMI CHALLENGE – TIPTOEING THROUGH THE TULIPS:  Well, you know that today’s origami project was actually the second of a two-day project that I completed yesterday.

THE HAUNTED BIRTHDAY BALLOON: Well the emaciated birthday balloon that has been inactive for the last few days has begun haunting jaunt again. I forgot to close the door of the antique chifferobe in the dinning room when I hung my autumn up yesterday, and during the night spirits of the balloon began moving again. Unfortunately, the balloon’s dangling ribbon got stuck in the open door and the balloon was unable to continue moving. Now I’m faced with making the decision … do I set the haunted balloon free or do I risk the wrath of the killer clowns by terminating the balloon?

You realize that the ghostly house tour will end, if I terminate the balloon.  And so many nooks and crannies of the house await.

  1. That balloon is going to live forever. If/when we ever meet in person, remind me to tell you the story of Steve’s Evil Balloon.
